You should reserve as early as possible. Rentals are reserved on a first-come basis. Deposits are required to hold reservations.
Delivery is available for a nominal fee based on the specific mileage to your location. Delivery quotes can be given with an exact address provided. Standard delivery is to the ground floor. If it is up or down stairs or at some distant location from the main access point, there might be an additional charge.
We deliver anywhere within Greater Houston and surrounding areas.

Someone must be available to accept deliveries and sign the release of materials. Rentals must be broken down, restacked, and ready for pickup in the same locations they were delivered to. Please save and reuse all packing material
Setup and takedown services are available at an additional charge and should be arranged in advance.
Customers may ONLY add items to the order, subject to the same terms, once a reservation has been confirmed. The customer acknowledges that any changes to order after the first 24 hours is subject to store credit and will be held on file for 12 months from when the original order was placed.
No, we do not have a minimum on rental orders. However, we have a minimum $250 order for rental delivery — otherwise, you are welcome to pick up your rentals from our warehouse with the proper vehicle.

Our delivery fees are calculated by mileage distance to your event location from our warehouse. Please indicate if you desire. We value our crew and pay them a livable wage. The service they provide is labor-intensive and includes extended hours. Thank you for understanding as we do not profit from our delivery fees. They are a reflection of our care and commitment to our incredible team.

A 30% deposit of your total order is due upon reservation, the balance is required a week before pickup or delivery. Orders are only confirmed on initial deposit.
Rental products are quoted for same day pickup and return. If you need it longer, Please let us know and we will be glad to update your quote.

You may cancel your order for products by notifying us through the Website no later than 24 hours after paying the initial deposit.
There is no refund for unused rental products already in your possession.
The bounce house requires a flat and level area that matches its size. This can include surfaces like grass, concrete, asphalt, and carpet.
Additionally, an electrical outlet is necessary for the setup of the Bounce House. The maximum allowable distance from the electrical outlet is 100ft. Rest assured, we supply all the required electrical cords for the setup.

Normal delivery and pickup hour is 7:00am to 7:00pm, Monday through Sunday. Deliveries can be made 24 hours a day for an additional fee.
